Tooled Leather iPhone Wallet Case - Black - 408H

Hello everyone, were in Canada. I purchased two of these cases for my lady and I , this leather gets better the more you use this case, the case protects the phone like no other case, the leather is so thick and rich, this is not a plastic or vegan leather like other products, this is real thick hide, not just a micron layer of leather on top of something else.

Well after a year and half of use the leather was nicer than when it was new, I guess it picks up your skin oils and just becomes beautiful to hold. at 2 years old there started to be a couple problems with fasteners , the clasp on the lanyard became loose allowing the strap to come off, as well as the button close ball on the front of the case started to have the brass wear down and not hold the clasp closed securely.

The leather however was still nicer than when new so I reached out to Jiang at Extra Studio by email and the next morning I got a response from them saying that they were aware of this happing after heavy usage and had come up with a new style screw down clasp of the strap, and they have replacment clasp buttons that are easy to install yourself. They said they would send me out the new clasps and buckle button at no charge to me whatsoever. I said seriously that will cost money to ship and so on, they said not to worry their main concern is that they have happy customers. Well about a week later all the way from China the parts arrived for both my case and my girlfriends, also included was the tools needed to press the new button onto the case front, and about 6 extra button sets as well, unbelievable! Presto, case is like new and better than before as the strap now has a stainless steel screw down system. Anyway, I can't say enough for Jiang and Extra Studio. I used to buy cases from Pielframa out of Spain and they are also very good cases and have good customer service. However I think the grade of leather from Extra Studio is by far the best on the market, that coupled to top notch customer service delivers an A+++ rating from me and I will never buy another phone case from anyone else!
